Bellon : Property Details
The house is an old stone farmhouse built just after WW2.
There is lots of accommodation.
Downstairs there is an open plan kitchen/ dining room which has a big fireplace with a woodburning stove. Next to it is a salon with comfy sofas and TV with freeview. There are lots of games and DVDs available too.
On the ground floor there is a double bedroom with an ensuite shower room and loo.
Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms and a bathroom.
One bedroom has a double bed, one has twin beds and the final one has bunk beds. There is a travel cot and highchair available for younger guests.
The bathroom has a bath (be aware that the Bretons are very small in stature, hence the length of the bath!), shower, wash basin and loo.
Outside in another building to the side of the house is a games room where there is a table tennis table, a darts board, a pool table and a blackboard for the younger ones.
We have a splash pool and a jungle gym in the garden, a sandpit, football net and a paddling pool for the under 4’s along with some little ride on cars so there are lots of things to hopefully keep everyone amused.
The garden is quite enclosed so everyone will be safe.
There are 5 bicycles down in the cellar so no excuse for just sitting around.
On the patio is a table and chairs so you can dine outside and there is also a gas BBQ if Dad feels like cooking.
